Day ...
I got sick over the weekend and never posted from friday, so here goes.
Breakfast: leftover mac and cheese
Lunch: Ham and Cheese Lean Pocket. Has there ever been a less photogenic food?I got hungry while driving to Houston and stopped at Whataburger for fries and a shake.
Dinner at Correlli's in Sugarland with the parents. Pesto linguine with chicken and a ceaser salad.That is all. I didn't take pictures on saturday or sunday because frankly, I forgot. I'm pretty much failing at this whole blog thing.

Day One Redux
Ok...I'm gonna give this another go. I lost track of it for a while, but I'm determined to see it through this time.
Lets start with breakfast. I was out of milk, so I had some grits with cheese.
Leftover pasta with mommy-made spaghetti sauce for lunch. It doesn't look very appetizing, but leftovers rarely do.
Dinner consisted of some rotisserie chicken and mac-and-cheese. I had some apple-sauce in an attempt to have a healthy snack.
I'll try to keep up with posting this time, and with any luck, I'll find a way to make this thing interesting enough to show to other people.
